Payment may be made by credit card or check payable to Texas Business Alliance. Registration space, seats, booths and ad space will not be guaranteed until payment is made and received by Texas Business Alliance.
Cancellation Policy. Cancellations must be made in writing to events@mwhpublicrelations.com or mailed or faxed to Texas Business Alliance no later than July 24, 2009, for a refund to the person whose name appears on the reservation. A $25 processing fee will be charged for each cancelled item. No refunds will be processed after July 24, 2009.
Note: Please complete applicable sections of Step 1 for the “All-Access” registration or the “Workshop Only Package.”
