Tracy Taylor-Smith is President & Chief Executive Officer for Taylor Smith Consulting, LLC. As the owner of the firm, she directs all operational and contract services for the company. Taylor Smith Consulting is a full service staffing, contracting, and management consulting firm that is committed to helping emerging and established companies gain greater operational efficiencies and increased customer and public satisfaction levels.

Tracy is a 2008 Pinnacle Award Finalist and co-author of Implementing a Violation Enforcement System, an IBTTA publication, which illustrates how transportation agencies can install and operate toll enforcement systems and electronic toll collection systems. In addition to serving on the board of the Texas Business Alliance, she also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston and South Texas, and the Renaissance 1960 Improvement Corporation.

With a background of 20 years of experience in tolling, transportation, contract services, and management; Tracy holds degrees in Computer Science Technology, Business Management, and a certificate in Project Management. She is also an active member of Fallbrook Church.

A native of Houston, Texas, Tracy is the wife of William Smith and the proud mother of Chadrick, Nicholas, and Taylor.
