Sylvia Harley is part of Americanized Benefit Consultants Entrepreneurial Division, responsible for over 70 small business accounts. Sylvia has more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry, with extensive background in customer service. Including prior positions with United Healthcare and First Care Health Plan, Sylvia is also appointed with AFLAC, Colonial and Allstate.

In an ever-changing market, Sylvia’s strong Spanish bilingual skills have allowed her to conduct educational presentations to the Hispanic cliental. The result has been increased sales for her company and AFLAC, Colonial and Allstate products. Sylvia is an active member of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she has participated in networking events, such as health fairs and expos.

Sylvia is a native Texan with a passion for serving other people and proud Navy Mom. Sylvia and husband Lewis have two sons and two daughters. Sylvia’s greatest blessings are her four grandchildren: Andy, Juliet, Justin and Dominick.
