Jeffrey L. Boney

Founder and CEO, Texas Business Alliance

Jeffrey L. Boney is the founder and chief executive officer of the Texas Business Alliance, a nonprofit organization with a mission to equip minority- and women-owned businesses to be qualified suppliers, ready to compete for public, private and international opportunities through progressive development and specialized training. In this position, he focuses on the unique needs of small businesses, helping them to operate and grow more efficiently through education, financing and business development strategies, and creates an environment for contracting opportunities with public/private sectors.

Boney also is president and chief executive officer of BoneFide Development and Investment Group, LLC, the parent company of Tax Service Express, BoneFide Realty and BoneFide Consulting.

Staying connected to the community, Boney serves in the following capacities: member of the 100 Black Men of America, advisory board member for the Small Business Administration and the Port of Houston Authority. Boney has received numerous awards and recognition for his civic and community involvement, and is a member of Leadership Houston Class XXVII.

Boney earned a bachelor's degree in business management and finance from Texas Southern University.
A native Houstonian, Jeffrey is married to Sharwin and has three beautiful children, Sariah, Jasmine, and Joshua.
